Our online delivery fee is currently $9.95 inc GST. All product prices do not include the delivery fee. This fee is standard and will not incur any surcharges if:
1. the order is being delivered to Sunshine Coast area
2. The order is being delivered in Australia for flowers and add-on’s only
3. The order is being delivered in Australia for gifts only (excluding flowers)
4. The order does not require insurance
5. The order does not require an emergency delivery service with limited notice
6. The order is located in a (non-restricted) Interflora delivery zone
If your order falls outside this criteria an i-blossom representative will contact you regarding applicable surcharges or fees.
Sending Gifts (excluding flowers) Sunshine Coast Area, QLD – delivered by our contracted courier service Australia wide – delivered by Australia Post service
Sending Flowers Sunshine Coast Area, QLD – flowers are prepared at our i-blossom studio, flowers are delivered by our contracted courier service Australia wide– orders are directed to an Interflora affiliated florist in the location requested, they are delivered by the florists chosen courier service.
Sending multiple gifts Flowers and Gifts (not including add-ons) to Sunshine Coast, QLD – all products are sent together and delivered by our contracted courier service.
to Australia – flower products are not sent with our unique gift lines (this excludes additional temptations offered with a floral product). Flowers sent outside of the Sunshine Coast Area are sent via the Interflora network (requested delivery date is available). Unique gift lines are not sent with our flower products. Gift lines are delivered via the Australia Post network, goods are despatched on the same day the order is placed on our website. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for gift lines. A $9.95 surcharge is applicable for orders containing Interstate flower orders and unque gift lines.

Insurance on products sent via our contracted courier service Flowers and gifts delivered by our courier service in the Sunshine Coast area cannot be insured. We recommend you provide a delivery address and preferred time that someone will be home to ensure goods are received. A contact phone number for the recipient can be provided so our staff can confirm the recipient is there before delivery if required.
If your order is delivered and no one is at the delivery location to receive goods we either:
1. Leave the goods in a ‘out of sight’ location, protected from weather and other elements, at the delivery location. A calling card is left in the letterbox or under the front door, to clarify the location of the goods.
2.Return the goods to our Maroochydore shopfront where the recipient is required to collect. A calling card is left in the letterbox or under the front door, to clarify the location of the goods. A delivery charge will be charged to the recipient if the goods are to be re-delivered.
Insurance on products sent via Australia Post Gift lines delivered through the Australia Post network are sent via Registered Post. If you require insurance on any products to be sent please notify our staff for a quotation. Any damages or losses of un-insured products will not be the responsibility of i-blossom.
