Order Terms & Conditions


1.     All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars.

2.     The product price does not include the standard delivery fee of $9.95 inc. GST.

3.     Prices include all local taxes where applicable.

4.     The product pictured is not indicative of the price displayed, our tiered pricing structure is visible in each product link.  Here you can view which price is pictured.

5.     All designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.

6.     If a gift product is unavailable you will be contacted by an i-blossom representative.

7.     I-blossom has the right to change pricing at anytime without notification.

8.     When an order is placed on the i-blossom website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and delivery policy.


9.     If you require a Same Day Delivery service past our order cut-off time, we may be able to provide a priority delivery ($15.00 additional charge), otherwise a prompt next day delivery is possible.

10.    We do offer a delivery service to regional areas of the Sunshine Coast for an additional delivery fee of $15.00, we cannot guarantee a same day delivery to regional areas. If you place an online order for delivery to a regional location, an i-Blossom sales representative will phone you to confirm the delivery date and the amended order total including the regional delivery surcharge of $15.00 (online orders will only apply the Metro Delivery of $9.95). 11.     We do not guarantee times for deliveries, except funerals. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with a verbal phone order confirmation. If you require a specific delivery time, we may be able to organise this with a priority delivery charge of $15.00.

12.     We generally do not provide a follow-up confirmation of delivery with the sender or ordered. If you require a confirmation of receipt of delivery, a $4.00 surcharge is applied. Confirmations are only done by phone or email only. We do not offer this service on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Christmas Eve.

13.     If the recipient is not home to accept the delivery our courier may choose to leave the gift delivery with a neighbor, staff member or manager; where possible they will attach a note to the recipient’s door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf.

14.     If no one is able to accept the goods, we will leave the gift delivery in an area on the premises that we deem to be secure. If we are unable to leave the goods at the premises, a note will be left on the recipient’s door asking the recipient to call us to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery or collection.

15.     If a re-delivery is required a second delivery fee will be required by the Sender or Recipient. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the gift delivery to their workplace.

16.     Incomplete, incorrect addresses or phone numbers do delay our delivery schedule and drivers. If our delivery driver is inconvenienced or delayed due to incorrect delivery information being supplied by you, you may be contacted for additional compensation for time, phone calls, re-deliveries, change of address. We recommend supplying as much delivery information as possible, including the Recipient’s Full Name, Business Names, Unit Names & Number, Full Street Addresses, Home, Business and Mobile Phones Numbers for the Recipient.


We guarantee the freshness, flower quality and value of every order. Once we dispatch our flowers a number of changes in condition may result in their longevity being reduced. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may have an adverse effect on the flowers. For this reason, and considering all the possible variables, it is difficult for i-blossom to guarantee the flower life in every case. We are aware there are cases when Mother Nature may produce blooms that don’t exactly have the staying power we expect. In these rare instances, we ask customers to contact us within 48 hours of delivery to assess the situation.
