"The wedding flowers were really important to me so it’s no surprise that before I met with Jill I had already had several phone calls and meetings with other local florist. All of which had made me like just another bride, so before I came to i‐blossom I was aprehensive to say the least. As soon as I walked into the store my mind was at ease, I was greeted with a warm, friendly smile and shown to a meeting area where we would have our consultation. Jill seemed as excited about my wedding as I was, gave me all the time in the world and made the experience a personal one. Jill was realistic about the cost of the flowers, she was upfront and able to tell me exaclty what we could do with the budget we had. I knew there would be no hidden costs or additional extras. I had heaps of ideas about all different types of flowers that I liked, and Jill was able to help me figure out which ones would fit within our budget and the style and feel of the day. Jill emphaised the importance of my bouquet and then designed complimentary flowers for the entire bridal party. No matter how many changes I made nothing was too much trouble, even when I called the day before the wedding and asked for a bag of fresh rose petals. When Jill showed up on the wedding day and opened the flower box, it was the first time I cried. I couldn’t have been happier, my flowers were breath taking and better than I could have imagined.
